On 18.12.2008, it was included in the list of companies authorized by to perform real estate appraisal by the SPK; as of 13.04.2011, it has become one of the BDDK approved companies. As all employees, we provide 'Real Estate Appraisal' services by combining our knowledge and experience under the name of “DONATI”.
DONATI Gayrimenkul Degerleme A.S. analyzes and appraises all kinds of real estate and the rights and benefits on the real estate and determines the value of the asset formed by them. All of our appraisal studies are carried out using internationally accepted methods.
