In accordance with Law No. 6306 on the Transformation of Areas Under Disaster Risk, our company provides consultancy services at different stages of urban transformation works.

It provides consultancy services in phases such as determining the current construction conditions regarding the zoning status, project consultancy, determination of entitlement and negotiations, preparation of contracts and specifications and prepares real estate valuation reports at necessary stages.

During the transformation works carried out in urban transformation processes on a parcel or block basis, the most common problem is the problem of determining the fair values of the land shares of the independent section / sections of the owners who object to the terms in the agreement phase, do not consent to the agreement for the building / site subject to urban transformation and who become a minority within the scope of the law.
